Guests have their own separate private suite, part of a private home, comprising of front garden for your sole use, private front entrance, bedroom, breakfast room and bathroom. No access to a full kitchen, but guests have a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with freezer box and a dishwasher in the breakfast room. Provisions are provided for guests to make breakfast at their leisure consisting of toast with jam or marmalade, tea, coffee, fruit juice and bottled water. Semi skimmed milk is provided unless an alternative is requested. Please advise on booking if you prefer white or wholemeal bread.

As you are the only guests you have your own private front garden for your sole use leading to your guest suite. Enter through your own front door to a large hallway off which is a large king size bedroom with 50" TV with Freeview, also off the hallway is the breakfast room with 43" WiFi enabled Smart TV with Netflix, breakfast table and seating area. Bathroom with shower over bath.

Private off road parking space next to the bungalow and an additional secure area is available for bikes, small trailer etc to be stored behind locked gates. Please advise when booking if this area is required.

No smoking in my home or garden but there is a lovely green with seating just outside my front gate where you can smoke.
