A COMFORTABLE dog friendly cottage, where guests can bring their furry friends for long walks on the dunes or the beach for no extra cost. A welcome pack full of homemade goodies is left to help start the holiday off on the right foot.

From the generous double parking bay, entry to the cottage is by a side door to a fully equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee maker, kettle and microwave.

Opposite the kitchen is a downstairs bathroom with a large bath, basin with cupboard, WC and shower.

The lounge diner looks out onto the garden and features a sitting area with a log burner, corner seating, armchair, Sky TV and DVD player. The stairs lead up from this room and have a stair gate at the bottom.

In the main bedroom there is a king size bed, chest of drawers, hanging space and a hairdryer. The second bedroom has twin beds, hanging space and a hairdryer. There will be bath towels left for the guests as well as beach towels.

Outside in the rear garden is a secure shed, useful for those who wish to bring a bike. It has a range of equipment, beach toys, two folding chairs, BBQ and spare logs for the winter.

Dog beds, a crate, bowls and a spare lead can be provided and treats are left for canine guests. Short breaks, Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday, are available from October half term to the Easter holidays and during the rest of the year changeover day is on a Friday.
