A TRADITIONAL fisherman's cottage renovated to provide a comfortable stay for families or couples.

Situated in the centre of the village opposite Poppy's (the Post Office), and near to the fish and chip shop and corner store.

The living room has a large corner sofa bed, a flat screen wall mounted TV with Freeview and a DVD player. There is a dining table with seating for four.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a half size dishwasher.  

The downstairs bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and WC.

The main bedroom has a standard size double bed, and is accessed by Norfolk winder stairs, which are an original feature of the cottage, but they are steep. They lead up from the lounge straight into the main bedroom. From there a door leads into the second bedroom, which has a day bed with a trundle, so can be used as two singles or a double bed

The courtyard to the front of the property has a garden table and chairs and there is off road parking for one car.

Two dogs are welcome at the cottage, but we are flexible, so please ask if you have more than two.

The dunes and beach are a few minutes' walk away and the Dunes Café, famous for its dog friendly huts, is at the end road just before the beach.

The Fishermans Return pub is even nearer and is also dog friendly.
