Juanperi
THE cottage is in the heart of the old fishing village of Winterton, a few steps away from the shop, post office and pub. Walk out of the gate and within a few minutes you are on a stunning, unspoilt sandy beach.
The house is comfortably furnished and equipped for all seasons. It boasts free WiFi, fibre optic broadband, Netflix, Now TV, Sky, Apple TV (Airplay), a landline telephone, oil-fired central heating, a separate dining room and a long, enclosed garden that was once filled with drying fishing nets.
A stable door from the living room opens onto the garden where there is a barbecue area and a lawn with space for children and pets to play.
Upstairs the spacious master bedroom, which looks out over the garden, has a genuine Victorian bedstead, while in the second bedroom there is a triple-sleeper bunk bed. Juanperi is self catering.
At the rear there is parking for one vehicle and on-road parking close by for a second. The cottage is also within sight of the bus stop on the village green from where there is a regular service to Gt Yarmouth.
Miles and miles of unspoilt sandy beach and dunes at Winterton are within a very short walk. There is a cafe and public toilets. The beach is dog friendly year round.
Hundreds of grey seal pups are born on the beach at nearby Horsey each winter and a special viewing area is set up for visitors to take in the spectacular sight.

Winterton is one of the nearest coastal villages to the Broads and hiring a dayboat from a nearby yard is a great way to enjoy this national park. Most welcome dogs.
