Smokehouse Annexe

Ideal for short-stays, The Smokehouse Annexe is a petite but stylish one-bedroomed, dog-friendly holiday pad with a secure private patio providing direct access to Winterton Dunes and just a few hundred metres to the beach. Completely self-contained, the Annexe is set out over two floors, with a compact shower room, small kitchenette and sitting area leading to the patio. A lovely spiral staircase leads you up to the bedroom which has fantastic views over the dunes.

Kitchenette has everything you need for a couple of days away including toaster, kettle, small fridge and portable induction hob. There is a small seating area with TV and double doors leading to a private patio with outdoor seating and a gate leading to the dunes.  The bedroom has storage space built within the double bed and hanging space. Luxury linen and towels provided + hairdryer.

The annexe is dog friendly but please note it is a small area, so very large dogs would be a squeeze - two small dogs or one bigger dog would be more comfortable.
